How To See Volume

April 19, 2020

by Charles Marcello

Introduction

We all intellectually know we live within a three-dimensional Universe.
However many people do not know these two other very simple truths.
Earth’s atmosphere is comprised of gas, 78 percent of that is nitrogen 21 percent oxygen, and of the remaining gases are water, carbon dioxide, ozone etc… yet of that one percent most of that is water vapor.  Estimates are at any given moment 37.5 million billon gallons of water is floating around inside our atmosphere. (source: https://whyfiles.org/2010/how-much-water-is-in-the-atmosphere/index.html)
The second one most people are completely oblivious of is, our planet, solar system and galaxy are moving.  Which means our planet and all of us are moving all the time and nothing is standing still, not even you as you sleep. Our Earth spins on its axis at roughly 1000 miles per hour and is traveling around the ecliptic of our Sun at roughly 66,700 miles per hour. And if you add them together we’re all moving at roughly 18.64 miles per second. (in the time it took you to read to now we’ve all moved over 500 miles)  And that’s just what our planet is doing never mind anything else. (source: https://www.space.com/33527-how-fast-is-earth-moving.html  )
These things are happening and exist all around us… the question becomes what are they happening and existing within?
Well again, we all intellectually know we live within a three- dimensional reality, the question becomes can it be seen, can you see the volume that exist between all things?  I believe we can, however its not something you can force or trick your mind into seeing… it’s something you need to teach your mind to quit ignoring. And that’s what I’m going to try and teach each of you to do.
Before we begin we first need to accept our reality for what it is.
I could show you some interesting math, yet instead of boring you with that, we must do this simple mental exercise in order to understand the answer to this very basic simple truth.
What the hell is volume?
So, your first lesson begins with grabbing an empty box.  This mental exercise will define for you the header picture of cubes inside of cubes. If you do this simple mental exercise, you’ll understand what the math demands and we all intellectually know, that volume is real.
So, go grab an empty box, its size matters not.
Now look inside this empty box and allow your mind to understand your empty box is the entire universe, and you are a lower case god looking down and into all of creation. And if that were true then that means you exist somewhere inside your box, the question becomes what mathematical formula could you use to instantly find yourself? As you’re staring into that empty box, pretending it’s the entire universe, also allow your mind to understand our universe is so vast and our galaxy is so small in comparison, that even as a lower case god you cannot see any galaxy, let alone our solar system. Using nothing but your empty box can we create a three dimensional mathematical system that maps all the volume that exists everywhere and put a number to every aspect of everything, let alone can we see volume? Well this is my attempt to help you and everyone else to understand how to start. So now turn the room you’re in into the universe, and the box you’re holding into our galaxy. And get up and move around while holding your box.
Now because our galaxy is so vast and our solar system is so small in comparison you still cannot see it… again how would you break our galaxy down so you could instantly find yourself? So the outside becomes what it is, and now turn your room into our galaxy and the box you’re holding into our solar system, and walk around your room holding your box. Again our planet is so small in comparison to the physical size of our solar system we still need to keep breaking everything down. Our galaxy is now where it is, and now your room becomes our solar system and your box becomes our planet. And you and I are so small in comparison to our planet even as a lower case god you still cannot see yourself, don’t forget to move around holding your box (and as you’re staring into that box for just 10 seconds while pretending it’s our planet… in reality the space inside your box just traveled 186 miles. That is really happening as you’re staring into that empty box.) Now because we’re so small we gotta keep going. Your room is now our planet and that box equals the county you live in… and then your county is what it is and we’ve reached our level of volume and you are in your room looking into and holding an empty box.
The point of this mental exercise is to help you understand our three dimensional universe and to appreciate the volume that makes up everything. While at the same time trying to help you see a new way to map our reality. For you see that room you’re in can just as easily turn into your body and that box turns into one of your organs… and then your room turns into that organ and that box turns into an atom and we can break that down even further, and then break that down etc… everything and that means everything has volume a three dimensional footprint and once we start measuring our place in the universe from the outside in we will finally start to discover our place within it and how our perception of reality is not even close to how vast our reality truly is. And if the math demands that volume is real, can it be seen?

I believe if you follow these next three steps and train your mind to stop ignoring all the volume that exist around you, you will in fact begin to see what you’ve been ignoring your whole life. And its pretty cool!

Part 1

Because we enjoy patterns, squares exist everywhere on floors, ceilings and walls… and we’re going to use those squares to teach us how to begin. This is not something you do for minutes or hours, this is something you do for just a few seconds as you go throughout your day.  Simply look for square patterns on floors, ceilings and walls. Notice their size and then pick a square five or six seconds ahead of you and try to turn that physical square into the cubed volume of that square, try to see the volume of that pattern three-dimensionally.
If you do this throughout your day, every time you notice squares, you’re beginning the process of teaching your mind to see.  Let’s say you notice square patterns 30 times throughout your day, and you spend just six seconds trying to see the cubed three-dimensional volume above that square pattern…. When you add it all up, you’ll spend 3 minutes a day, 21 minutes a week, which equals about 1 and half hours of training your mind a month. Just live your life doing your thing, yet when you notice a square pattern on the floor, ceiling or walls, spend just a few seconds allowing your mind to use those squares as a tool to help you understand volume. That’s literally it. It’s simple, private and you’re doing nothing crazy. You’re simply using a pattern that exist everywhere to help you visualize volume. Volume does exist, we all intellectually know it does, all you’re doing is trying to visualize volume, training your mind to accept that it really is there, because it is. Done!
When your mind finally accepts the undeniable truth that volume is real, at some point you will see the volume above that pattern, it will happen.  Once you see the volume above that one square pattern, and only after you see the volume above that one pattern, then and only then try to see the volume above all the squares in front of you. If you try to see too much too fast you’ll become frustrated and you’ll give up. It’s the process that will help teach your mind to see. You cannot force or trick your mind, you must go through the process of teaching your mind. You didn’t jump from counting your fingers to instantly knowing calculous, it was a process, just like this is. Slow down, volume aint going anywhere. Take your time understand why you’re doing this, and then slowly throughout the day look for square patterns and try to see the volume of just one of those patterns.  Once you’re successful, and over time you will be, then and only then try to see all the cubed volume above each of those squares. This time it will happen faster for you, but only if you take your time and understand the reason behind why your doing this in the first place. Once you’re successful move on to Part 2.  But you never stop looking for squares and seeing the cubed volume above those square patterns as you’re doing part 2, all of this is a process of training the mind.
Now here is where it gets cool, everywhere you go the square patterns are going to be different. One place will have square patterns that are a foot squared, some a couple of inches, some smaller some bigger… some square patterns are six feet squared or bigger. If you look for square designs everywhere you go and use them as a tool to train your mind, you will begin to appreciate volume. Use the tools that surround us. Don’t just look for a single type or size of square patterns, use all of them. Allow the process to work, go slow… train your mind. You’ve been ignoring the volume that exists between all things your entire life, its going to take time to train your mind to stop ignoring the volume. Allow the process to work. If you can spend 10 minutes a day, that’s and hour and ten minutes a week almost five hours a month training your mind. But if you can only spend a minute a day, all of it will equal to hours of training over time, just take your time.  If you’re sitting somewhere and can see square patterns, its perfecting okay spending 30 seconds trying to see the cubed volume above that square pattern. Then stop, live life, go until you see the next square pattern. Eventually you will see, you will!

Part 2

You’re going to need water.
Only after you are successful seeing the volume above the square patterns, should you move on to Part 2. Do not try to see to much too fast, because if you do you are not training the mind, you’re trying to force your mind, and you will fail. After you can successfully see the three-dimensional volume above all the square patterns on floors, ceiling and walls, you’re going to need a pool/spa, and if you don’t have access to a pool or spa, a fish tank will work.  Plus you’re going to need a spherical object like a marble, and goggles and a snorkel while you’re in the pool/spa.
(if you do not have access to a pool/spa, adjust what is being said here to work while using a fish tank. No it’s not the same, but it will help to see.)
Why a pool/spa?
I’ve already explained our atmosphere is mostly gas, with billions upon billions of gallons of water floating around us.
We’re going to us the pool/spa (or fish tank) to train our minds to see. So, hop into the pool/spa and don’t forget your goggles, snorkel and spherical object.
This is important turn the pool/spa jets off and filtering off we need the water to become as still as possible.
Submerge yourself below the water line and then become as still as possible.  The first thing you want to learn to do is see the volume between your eyes and the goggles.  You want to try and see the clear space between you and the water, in that small area of volume that exists between your eyeballs and goggles. It takes some practice, but it can be done.  Then slowly allow your eyesight to move past the “clear” area and start to look through the water. You need to slow everything down here, what you’re trying to understand is, when do the two merge, the clear area between your eyes and the goggles and when you focus past the goggles and into the water. At some point, not to far out, you’ll no longer notice the clear space you’ll simply see the water… yet that “clear” open area does exist. When does it merge at what point does your mind ignore that clear area, that clearly is there?
This is the first thing you want to train your mind to notice once you get into the water, because things are about to get a lot harder. Seeing the open area, and then looking past that into the water and understanding at what distance they merge should happen relatively quickly. This is something you’re going to be repeating a lot. So take your time and learn it.
Once you’ve figured out when the two merge, and at what distance your mind completely ignores the clear area… once you’re fully aware at what distance this happens to you, remember this. This is how you’re going to reset your mind every time you begin this next step. Once you’re convinced you understand when the two merge, you’re now ready to start using the marble.
Using one of your hands bring the marble above your eyesight.  You’ll need to take a few seconds to allow the water to calm around you after moving your hand and marble into place.  Place your other hand below the marble a foot or  so below the marble so you can catch it. This is important or you’re going to be spending a lot of time chasing after that marble, and then that will become frustrating. Once your hand with the marble is set above your eyesight, and your other hand is directly below the marble so you can catch it, and the water is calm around you, gently release the marble. What you’re trying to do here is see if you can see the water moving around the marble as it falls. Every single time before you put your hands and marble into place to repeat the process, you need to reset. Notice the open area between your eyes and goggles, find the distance they merge, then slowly go layer through layer of water until you see the marble. Then gently release the marble and continue the process over and over and over again. Each time resetting, and each time trying to see if you can see the water moving around the marble. It is incredibly important you reset every time. You’re training your mind to notice as much of the volume of water as you can between your eyes and the marble. This is a process, it aint gonna happen quickly and you don’t need to spend hours every day doing it over and over. Spend ten minutes, then play. A couple of days later do the whole process over again. Go for ten minutes then stop. A few days later ten minutes then stop. Rinse and repeat for an entire month, or until you’re confident you have tried everything you can to try and see the water moving around that spherical marble. Don’t be surprised if you never see the water moving around the marble, that truly aint the point of this exercise. You’re training your mind to see volume, that’s the point so don’t get discouraged.
After a month or two and only after you’ve tried everything you can think of to see the water move around that sphere, and you’ve failed, should you try this next step.
*Seeing and paying attention to every aspect of the volume of water between your eyes and that marble is highly important, highly… do not cheat yourself allow the process to work.
Once you’re convinced you can see every damn thing between your eyes and that marble and all the different things you’ve tried to use to focus even harder, I want you to find the Sun. And I want you to begin the process all over again yet have the Sun just above your hand and marble as you’re submerged in the water. There’s going to be glare now, that’s why the first process is extremely important. Because now you’re gonna have to focus even harder. Reset your eyes, find where they merge, then gently release the marble and try to see the water move. You’ll already know everything you tried before, and you’re gonna try it all again now. Remember it’s the process of teaching the mind so don’t cheat yourself, you can’t force or trick your mind, you have to train it. Now if you’re like me, you’re not gonna be able to see the water move around the sphere. Again it’s the process.
Once you’re convinced it’s not possible, do this, but only after you’re convinced completely convinced. Adjust your eyesight between the marble and the Sun, use the marble to block the Sun. Then reset your eyes and gently release the marble. Repeat five or six times, pay attention to everything happening around the marble before you release it, be hyper focused on every aspect every time.
After the fifth or sixth time pay attention to the light rainbow of light at the outer edges of the marble and then gently release while paying attention to that light rainbow of light. If you trained your mind to see every aspect of water between you and the marble, and focused on that marble every time it dropped, you don’t need me to tell you what you’ll see.  Only after you see it are you ready to move on to Part 3.

Part 3

Before you even attempt Part 3 you seriously need to do Steps 1 and 2 until you train your mind to see. I realize just about everyone thinks they’re fully aware our reality is three dimensional… I mean intellectually of course we all do. However, we all look right past it, we focus on objects on whatever tasks we’re trying to perform. What you’re seriously trying to do is slow down and see the space between your phone/computer screen as you’re reading this right now… volume truly is there. All the physical space and all the volume around you truly is moving and its truly full.  So train your mind before attempting Part 3 because this is the easiest part, you’ve already done all the hard work.
Once you’re able to see all the three-dimensional volume above all the square patterns you noticed as you go about your day… once it becomes something you just see, you’re ready for Part 2. And once you’re able to see all the volume of water between you and the spherical marble, and you’re able to just hop into the pool/spa and in seconds you’re able to reset your mind once you submerge and you follow those steps to train your mind, only then do Part 3.Once you’ve trained your mind go grab a chair and place it one and half feet from a wall. For me a white wall works best. Sit in the chair and focus on the wall in front of you, and then about an inch from the wall try to see a small cubed area of volume. Seriously focus.

You’ve already used square patterns to train your mind, and you’ve trained your mind to see layer through layer of water. None of that was done in vein, all of it was done to bring you to this point. To sit in a chair and purposely try to focus on a small area of volume away from that wall.  Once you’re successful seeing that small area of volume, then expand outward, increase the amount of volume you’re seeing between you and the wall. Once you’re able to sit down and in few minutes you can see that volume all the way from you to the wall, then are you ready to go outside.

*Don’t spend hours attempting this either.  Just spend a couple of minutes, maybe a max of five minutes. Put the chair away and then go on with your life. Continue to look for square patterns and trying to see the cubed volume above those square patterns as you go about your day… then the next day grab the chair and repeat the process. You will see, it will happen as long as you’re not trying to force it. You’re training your mind, it will come just be patient and relax you’re not being graded. Like I said before volume aint going anywhere, it’ll be there when your mind is ready and trained to stop ignoring what’s always been there… so just relax and take your time. When you can see all the volume between you and the wall only then go outside and do this last part.

When you go outside use all of that training and go find a tree or a bush. Focus on a single leaf or petal then focus on two… then focus on the volume that exists between those two leaves/petals. Then slowly expand outward, see 4 then 8 then 20 leaves/petals and all the volume that exists between all of them at once. When you can do that, and it should happen pretty dang quick… then take a few steps back and try to see all the leaves/petals and all the volume that exists between every leaf and petal.  If you’ve done all the work to train your mind you will see all the volume, you’ll see it between all the leaves/petals closest to you, and you see all the volume that exists between all the leaves/petals in the middle and all the volume to the ones furthest away…. Here’s where it gets important; you’ll see it all at exactly the same time. Once you’re able to do that turn around and just look. That’s it, you’ve trained your mind to quit ignoring volume. No I’m not going to tell you what you’re going to see. But I will tell you if you continue to train your mind, make it something you just do now. You’re going to experience all kinds of truths you’ve been ignoring your entire life.  Nothing I’ve said here was said by accident. Everything was said to help you see, you simply need to do the work, slow your mind down and train your mind to stop ignoring an incredibly large part of our reality. If you do the steps I promise you’re going to see.

And here’s the only secret I’m going to tell you up front.  When you’re done training your mind to see volume, you can turn it on and off at will.  Now if you think you’re smarter than the process, a… “I know damn well there is volume I don’t need to train nothing.” I promise you, you’re only going to see the same nothing you’ve seen your entire life! And you’ll get frustrated and declare everything is stupid, that there is nothing to see. Okay, go on living your life I’m not trying to force anything onto anyone. It’s your life believe whatever you want. For those of you who are honest and honestly want to see, do the steps, spend the time and train. Once you see you’ll know it’s real, and if you keep doing it… you’re gonna see more.

Enjoy The Ride!
