Who are the puppet masters of the world?
Who plans major developments and events in the world?
Are these plans and agendas intended for the greater good of humanity? Here is a closer look.
Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development [ 2010 ]
In the context of 2020 world events, the Rockefeller Foundation’s document “Scenarios for the Future… ” appears to be a script (a plan) for what is happening today…
Scenario Narratives LOCK STEP
A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.
[ Reminder: this scenario/script was written in 2010 ]
[ Note: Timing of this Event is mind-boggling… was it scenario or a script?]
The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences.
In recent years, the world has seen a growing number of epidemic events, amounting to approximately 200 events annually. These events are increasing, and they are disruptive to health, economies, and society. Managing these events already strains global capacity, even absent a pandemic threat. Experts agree that it is only a matter of time before one of these epidemics becomes global—a pandemic with potentially catastrophic consequences. A severe pandemic, which becomes “Event 201,” would require reliable cooperation among several industries, national governments, and key international institutions.
Event 201 was a 3.5-hour pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic.
15 global business, government, and public health leaders were players in the simulation exercise that highlighted unresolved real-world policy and economic issues that could be solved with sufficient political will, financial investment, and attention now and in the future.
WEF: The Great Reset
Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better.
The Covid and the Great RESET Opportunity
There is an urgent need for global stakeholders to cooperate in simultaneously managing the direct consequences of the COVID-19 crisis.
To improve the state of the world, the World Economic Forum is starting The Great Reset initiative.
- YOU MUST SEE THIS: https://www.facebook.com/dcairforcetv/videos/593244428222243
- Now is the time for a ‘great reset’
‘Great Reset’ in Davos at the forefront of a ‘great deception’ in the free world
The “GREAT RESET” Explained in less than 10 minutes:
Coronavirus: Trudeau tells UN conference that pandemic provided “opportunity for a reset”:
A message to Justin Trudeau:
We reject your Great Reset!
FOR THE GREATER GOOD OF WHO?
Dr. Darrell Wolfe reads and analyses the so-called “Liberal Party insider whistleblower letter”. Whether you believe this letter is real or not it is up to you.
Allegedly our governments are carefully following the agenda roadmap laid out in this letter step-by-step.
Watch this video and then watch what is happening around you.
Note: Although there is no proof, it is possible that the letter is genuine, in the context of current world events and agendas of influential international organizations.
Here are few highlights of the “planned outcomes” from the letter (sent to Dr. Wolfe by a Liberal Party member participating in the Strategic Planning Committee steered by PM office. )
- End of Nov 2020 – Surge of daily new Covid-19 cases beyond capacity of testing; secondary Lockdowns and restrictions
- End of Dec 2020 – Total Secondary Lockdown ( more strict than the First Lockdown ); acquisition and construction of additional “Isolation Facilities” in all provinces and territories
- — 2021—
- First Quarter ( Q1 ) of 2021 – Reform and transition of the Unemployment Programs into Universal Basic Income
- End of Feb 2021 – Covid-19 mutation referred as Covid-21 leading to 3rd wave of pandemic with higher transmission and mortality rate
- By Q1 2021 – pandemic will exceed capacity of medical care facilities
- Q2 of 2021 – Third Lockdown with travel restrictions between provinces and cities
- Q2 of 2021 – Transition to Universal Basic Income
- End of Q2 – economic breakdowns, shortage of supplies ( food and goods )
- Q3 – Deployment of military personnel into major metropolitan areas; travel checkpoints
- by End of 2021 – to offset economic collapse, Federal Government will offer to eliminate personal debt (World Debt Reset Program – funding courtesy of IMF ) in exchange for individual’s forfeiting ownership of properties and assets AND agreement to participate in Covid vaccination schedule which would provide individuals with unrestricted travel and living ( even during lockdown) through the use of ID program called Canada Health Pass.
Individuals who refuse to participate in these programs will be considered as “public safety risk” and placed indefinitely in the “isolation facilities” until they accept the programs.
Apparently this agenda will be implemented in all other countries.
Time will tell what was true and what was a fiction…

Nova Scotia health officials are asking flu shot providers in the province to stop using a particular vaccine lot connected to adverse effects in three adults in New Brunswick. They received the vaccine between Oct. 2 and Oct. 20 and experienced events that were “neurological in nature,” according to a news release from New Brunswick Public Health on Saturday.
PS Travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many countries and regions have imposed quarantines, entry bans, or other restrictions for citizens of or recent travelers to the most affected areas. Other countries and regions have imposed global restrictions that apply to all foreign countries and territories, or prevent their own citizens from travelling overseas.
Together with a decreased willingness to travel, the restrictions have had a negative economic and social impact on the travel sector in those regions. A possible long-term impact has been a decline of business travel and international conferencing, and the rise of their virtual, online equivalents. Concerns have been raised over the effectiveness of travel restrictions to contain the spread of COVID-19.
The European Union rejected the idea of suspending the Schengen free travel zone and introducing border controls with Italy, a decision which has been criticised by some European politicians. After some EU member states announced complete closure of their national borders to foreign nationals, the European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said that “Certain controls may be justified, but general travel bans are not seen as being the most effective by the World Health Organization.” A few days later the EU closed its external borders.
A study in Science found that travel restrictions had only modest effects, delaying the initial spread of COVID-19, unless combined with infection prevention and control measures to considerably reduce transmissions. Researchers came to the conclusion that “travel restrictions are most useful in the early and late phase of an epidemic” and “restrictions of travel from Wuhan unfortunately came too late”.
The Atlantic Bubble
The Atlantic Bubble is a special travel-restricted area created on July 3, 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada. The area is an agreement between four Atlantic Canadian provinces including New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador which allows unrestricted travel among provincial residents and restricts travel from Canadians who are residents of outside provinces. Residents wishing to travel to the Atlantic Bubble are subjected to screening and are required to quarantine for 14 days before moving freely amongst the bubble. Individual provinces have specific rules toward travellers from outside of Atlantic Canada. The provinces in the bubble have seen the lowest numbers of COVID-19 compared to others throughout the pandemic.
Criticism of WEF and Great Reset
There are many opponents of the WEF Great Reset Agenda, who are saying that
“The Elite’s Great Reset Doctrine Is Considered an Advance Toward a New Type of Political Globalism and Fascism”
Not everyone is too keen on the great reset concept, and there’s a number of hit pieces against the idea trending on the web. For a case in point, an editorial published by the publication, Winter Oak, calls the new trend Schwab’s “fascist reset.”
“This new fascism is today being advanced in the guise of global governance, biosecurity, the ‘New Normal,’ the ‘New Deal for Nature’ and the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution,’” explains the Winter Oak article.
The author adds:
The original fascist project, in Italy and Germany, was all about a merger of state and business. While communism envisages the take-over of business and industry by the government, which – theoretically – acts in the interests of the people, fascism was all about using the state to protect and advance the interests of the wealthy elite.
Universal Basic Income
“Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better.”
Welcome to the year 2030. Welcome to my city – or should I say, “our city”. I don’t own anything. I don’t own a car. I don’t own a house. I don’t own any appliances or any clothes.
This is World Economic Forum agenda for humanity:
- Why we should all have a basic income
- Pope Francis says it might be ‘time to consider a universal basic wage’ in Easter letter
- Universal basic income costs far less than you might think. Here’s why
- Don’t believe in a universal basic income? This is why it would work, and how we can pay for it
World Economic Forum (WEF)
WEF Agenda: Truth hidden in the plain site
The World Economic Forum (WEF), based in Cologny, Geneva Canton, Switzerland, is an international NGO, founded in 1971. The WEF’s mission is stated as “committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic, and other leaders of society to shape global, regional, and industry agendas”.
The WEF hosts an annual meeting at the end of January in Davos, a mountain resort in Graubünden, in the eastern Alps region of Switzerland.
The meeting brings together some 3,000 business leaders, international political leaders, economists, celebrities and journalists for up to five days to discuss global issues, across 500 sessions.
The World Economic Forum provides a platform for the world’s 1,000 leading companies to shape a better future. As a membership organization, the Forum engages businesses in projects and initiatives – online and offline – to address industry, regional and systemic issues. Members and Partners benefit from tailored engagement based on their company strategy. The deeper a company’s engagement, the greater is its ability to shape the Forum agenda.
The World Economic Forum and its annual meeting in Davos are criticised regarding the public cost of security, the formation of a wealthy global elite without attachment to the broader societies, undemocratic decision processes, gender issues and a lack of financial transparency.
It seems this organization is striving to implement the New World Order.
The organization also convenes some six to eight regional meetings each year in locations across Africa, East Asia, Latin America, and India and holds two further annual meetings in China and the United Arab Emirates. Beside meetings, the organization provides a platform for leaders from all stakeholder groups from around the world – business, government and civil society – to collaborate on multiple projects and initiatives. It also produces a series of reports and engages its members in sector-specific initiatives.

Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)
The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), founded in 1921, is a United States nonprofit think tank specializing in U.S. foreign policy and international affairs. It is headquartered in New York City, with an additional office in Washington, D.C. Its membership, which numbers 5,103, has included senior politicians, more than a dozen secretaries of state, CIA directors, bankers, lawyers, professors, and senior media figures.
CFR meetings convene government officials, global business leaders and prominent members of the intelligence and foreign-policy community to discuss international issues. CFR has published the bi-monthly journal Foreign Affairs since 1922, and runs the David Rockefeller Studies Program, which influences foreign policy by making recommendations to the presidential administration and diplomatic community, testifying before Congress, interacting with the media, and publishing on foreign policy issues.
The CFR has two types of membership: life membership; and term membership, which lasts for 5 years and is available only to those between the ages of 30 and 36. Only U.S. citizens (native born or naturalized) and permanent residents who have applied for U.S. citizenship are eligible. A candidate for life membership must be nominated in writing by one Council member and seconded by a minimum of three others. Visiting fellows are prohibited from applying for membership until they have completed their fellowship tenure.
Corporate membership (250 in total) is divided into “Associates”, “Affiliates”, “President’s Circle”, and “Founders”. All corporate executive members have opportunities to hear speakers, including foreign heads of state, chairmen and CEOs of multinational corporations, and U.S. officials and Congressmen. President and premium members are also entitled to attend small, private dinners or receptions with senior American officials and world leaders.
The council publishes the international affairs magazine Foreign Affairs. It also establishes independent task forces, which bring together various experts to produce reports offering both findings and policy prescriptions on foreign policy topics. CFR has sponsored more than fifty reports, including the Independent Task Force on the Future of North America that published report No. 53, entitled Building a North American Community, in May 2005.
Agenda 21 is a non-binding action plan of the United Nations with regard to sustainable development. It is a product of the Earth Summit (UN Conference on Environment and Development) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. It is an action agenda for the UN, other multilateral organizations, and individual governments around the world that can be executed at local, national, and global levels.
The “21” in Agenda 21 refers to the original target of the 21st century where they were hoping to achieve their development goals by then. It has been affirmed and had a few modifications at subsequent UN conferences. Since it found 2000 was an overly optimistic date, its new timeline is targeting 2030. Its aim is to achieve global sustainable development. One major objective of the Agenda 21 initiative is that every local government should draw its own local Agenda 21. Since 2015, Sustainable Development Goals are included in the newer Agenda 2030.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or Global Goals are a collection of 17 interlinked goals designed to be a “blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all”. The SDGs were set in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly and are intended to be achieved by the year 2030. They are included in a UN Resolution called the 2030 Agenda or what is colloquially known as Agenda 2030.
The 17 SDGs are: (1) No Poverty, (2) Zero Hunger, (3) Good Health and Well-being, (4) Quality Education, (5) Gender Equality, (6) Clean Water and Sanitation, (7) Affordable and Clean Energy, (8) Decent Work and Economic Growth, (9) Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, (10) Reducing Inequality, (11) Sustainable Cities and Communities, (12) Responsible Consumption and Production, (13) Climate Action, (14) Life Below Water, (15) Life On Land, (16) Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, (17) Partnerships for the Goals.
Though the goals are broad and interdependent, two years later (6 July 2017) the SDGs were made more “actionable” by a UN Resolution adopted by the General Assembly. The resolution identifies specific targets for each goal, along with indicators that are being used to measure progress toward each target. The year by which the target is meant to be achieved is usually between 2020 and 2030. For some of the targets, no end date is given.
To facilitate monitoring, a variety of tools exist to track and visualize progress towards the goals. All intend to make data more available and more easily understood. For example, the online publication SDG-Tracker, launched in June 2018, presents available data across all indicators. The SDGs pay attention to multiple cross-cutting issues, like gender equity, education, and culture cut across all of the SDGs. There were serious impacts and implications of the COVID-19 pandemic on all 17 SDGs in the year 2020.
The full text of Agenda 21 was made public at the UN Conference on Environment and Development (Earth Summit), held in Rio de Janeiro on 13 June 1992, where 178 governments voted to adopt the program. The final text was the result of drafting, consultation, and negotiation, beginning in 1989 and culminating at the two-week conference.

Opposition and Criticism
Anti-Agenda 21 theories have circulated in the U.S. Some Tea Party movement activists and others promoted the notion that Agenda 21 was part of a UN plot to deny property rights, undermine U.S. sovereignty, or force citizens to move to cities. Activists believed that the non-binding UN resolution was “the linchpin in a plot to subjugate humanity under an eco-totalitarian regime.” The conspiracy had its roots in anti-environmentalist ideology and opposition to land-use regulation.
Agenda 21 fears have played a role in opposition to local government’s efforts to promote resource and land conservation, build bike lanes, and construct hubs for public transportation. The non-profit group ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability USA – was targeted by anti-Agenda 21 activists. In 2012 Glenn Beck co-wrote a dystopian novel titled Agenda 21 based in part on concepts discussed in the UN plan. In the same year, fears of Agenda 21 “went mainstream” when the Republican National Committee adopted a platform resolution stated that “We strongly reject the U.N. Agenda 21 as erosive of American sovereignty.”
Several state and local governments have considered or passed motions and legislation opposing Agenda 21. Most such bills failed, “either dying in committee, getting defeated on the statehouse floor or – in the case of Missouri’s 2013 bill – getting vetoed by the governor.” In Texas, for example, broadly worded legislation that would prohibit any governmental entity from accepting from or granting money to any “nongovernmental or intergovernmental organization accredited by the United Nations to implement a policy that originated in the Agenda 21 plan” was defeated because it could have cut off funding for groups such as 4-H, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Texas Wildlife Association. In Arizona, a similarly sweeping bill was introduced in the Arizona State Legislature seeking to mandate that the state could not “adopt or implement the creed, doctrine, or principles or any tenet” of Agenda 21 and to prohibit the state “implementing programs of, expending any sum of money for, being a member of, receiving funding from, contracting services from, or giving financial or other forms of aid to” an array of sustainability organizations. The bill, which was opposed by the state chamber of commerce and the mayor of Phoenix, was defeated in 2012. Alabama was one state that did adopt an anti-Agenda 21 resolution, unanimously passing in 2012 a measure to block “any future effort to ‘deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in, or traceable to ‘Agenda 21.’
There are conspiracy theory proponents who assert that Agenda 21 is part of a scheme using environmental protection as a cover to impose a worldwide dictatorship.

Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
This Agenda is a plan of action for people, planet and prosperity. It also seeks to strengthen universal peace in larger freedom. We recognise that eradicating poverty in all its forms and dimensions, including extreme poverty, is the greatest global challenge and an indispensable requirement for sustainable development. All countries and all stakeholders, acting in collaborative partnership, will implement this plan. We are resolved to free the human race from the tyranny of poverty and want and to heal and secure our planet. We are determined to take the bold and transformative steps which are urgently needed to shift the world onto a sustainable and resilient path. As we embark on this collective journey, we pledge that no one will be left behind. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 targets which we are announcing today demonstrate the scale and ambition of this new universal Agenda. They seek to build on the Millennium Development Goals and complete what these did not achieve. They seek to realize the human rights of all and to achieve gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls. They are integrated and indivisible and balance the three dimensions of sustainable development: the economic, social and environmental.
The Goals and targets will stimulate action over the next fifteen years in areas of critical importance for humanity and the planet.
The achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals require all hands on deck. It require different sectors and actors working together in an integrated manner by pooling financial resources, knowledge and expertise. In our new development era with 17 intertwined Sustainable Development Goals and 169 associated targets as a blue-print for achieving the sustainable Future We Want, cross sectorial and innovative multi-stakeholder partnerships will play a crucial role for getting us to where we need by the year 2030.
Partnerships for sustainable development are multi-stakeholder initiatives voluntarily undertaken by Governments, intergovernmental organizations, major groups and others stakeholders, which efforts are contributing to the implementation of inter-governmentally agreed development goals and commitments, as included in Agenda 21, the Johannesburg Plan of Implementation, the Millennium Declaration, the outcome document of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20) entitled “The Future We Want”, the Third International Conference on Small island Developing States, and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Sustainable Development Goal 17, which reads “Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development”, recognizes multi-stakeholder partnerships as important vehicles for mobilizing and sharing knowledge, expertise, technologies and financial resources to support the achievement of the sustainable development goals in all countries, particularly developing countries. Goal 17 further seek to encourage and promote effective public, public-private and civil society partnerships, building on the experience and resourcing strategies of partnerships.
PS Emergency Preparedness
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security, initially created under President Jimmy Carter by Presidential Reorganization Plan No. 3 of 1978 and implemented by two Executive Orders on April 1, 1979. The agency’s primary purpose is to coordinate the response to a disaster that has occurred in the United States and that overwhelms the resources of local and state authorities. The governor of the state in which the disaster occurs must declare a state of emergency and formally request from the President that FEMA and the federal government respond to the disaster. The only exception to the state’s gubernatorial declaration requirement occurs when an emergency or disaster takes place on federal property or to a federal asset—for example, the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, or the Space Shuttle Columbia in the 2003 return-flight disaster.
While on-the-ground support of disaster recovery efforts is a major part of FEMA’s charter, the agency provides state and local governments with experts in specialized fields and funding for rebuilding efforts and relief funds for infrastructure by directing individuals to access low-interest loans, in conjunction with the Small Business Administration. In addition to this, FEMA provides funds for training of response personnel throughout the United States and its territories as part of the agency’s preparedness effort.
Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, Congress passed the Homeland Security Act of 2002, which created the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to better coordinate among the different federal agencies that deal with law enforcement, disaster preparedness and recovery, border protection and civil defense. FEMA was absorbed into DHS effective March 1, 2003. As a result, FEMA became part of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Directorate of Department of Homeland Security, employing more than 2,600 full-time employees. It became the Federal Emergency Management Agency again on March 31, 2007, but remained in DHS.
FEMA was put in charge of procuring medical supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Public Safety Canada, legally incorporated as the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness (PSEPC), is the department of the federal government of Canada responsible for protecting Canadians and helping to maintain a peaceful and safe society.
Before the establishment of the Department of PSEPC by the Emergency Preparedness Act of 1988, the agency that existed was known as Emergency Preparedness Canada, which was created under the auspices of the Department of National Defence.
Legislation would begin in February 2001 for PSEPC, which would be created in December 2003 during a reorganization of the federal government. It became legally established when the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Act came into force on 4 April 2005.
The department was created to have a single entity with responsibility for ensuring public safety in Canada and is a direct result of lessons learned from the September 11 attacks on the United States in 2001. The department is in many ways similar to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, though it does not cover the protection of maritime sovereignty (which is covered by the Canadian Forces, Transport Canada, and Fisheries and Oceans Canada).
PS Conspiracy Theories
US Fema Camps in Case of Martial Law
Over 800 prison camps discovered in the United States! They are heavily guarded by the national guard full-time, but are empty all the time! These camps are being run by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law take effect in the U.S. With just a simple order from the President, Martial Law can be implemented…
The Rex 84 Internment Camp Program
Which would mean he remains president indefinitely. The Rex 84 Camp Program, states. In an event which a “mass exodus” of Illegal immigrants flock over the border, they would be rounded up and sent to the FEMA camps. According to alternative news, the camps all have railroad connections, as well as roads and highways leading straight into them. Almost all also have an airport within a close distance to the camps. Most of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s prison camps can house 20,000 plus people in warehouse buildings and are secured by the national guard. The biggest of all the camps, however, is located in Alaska and could house up to 2 million people. The same amount of all the people in Los Angles. Just ask yourself, do you want to be on Ashcroft’s list?

Conspiracy theories about plastic coffins by Alex Jones and others
According to reports by conspiracy theorists over 500,000 plastic coffins are stacked up in FEMA concentration camps “just in case something happens.” Alex Jones of Infowars published such a report about a FEMA facility back in 2008.
Videos and discussion of the alleged FEMA coffins can be found at YouTube.com.

FEMA Concentration Camps debunked by Popular Mechanics?
Others claim these are fake news and tried to debunking FEMA camp myths as conspiracy theories. Glenn Beck also advocated conspiracy theories about the plan that the US government is planning to intern masses of people e.g. in case the evil depopulations ‘agenda 21‘ by the New World Order proceeds. He later backpedaled and hosted a segment featuring a guest from the science news website Popular Mechanics, who ‘debunked’ Glenn Beck’s own claims.
List of all U.S. FEMA Camps
There is a camp close to the most major cities in the U.S so transporting people would not be a problem. Special protocols and massive training events have put in place to prepare for an influx of people. This means you and your family could be sent to a camp in this event. Try and prepare for this as best you can by sitting down with your family you discuss a plan of action in this event.
Try to have at least one months supply of clean water and emergency food for everyone including pets. Research more on FEMA camps to learn more locations near you.
