2. Federal Reserve
In 1910, a secret meeting was held on Jekyll Island. These were representatives of the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Warburgs and the Morgans; the most powerful men of finance on Earth. A banking bill called the ‘Federal Reserve Act’ was composed which would create a Central Bank. Bankers (not lawmakers) gave the bill to their man in Congress, Nelson Aldrich.

3. Patriot Act

The USA PATRIOT Act (commonly known as the Patriot Act) is an Act of the U.S. Congress that was signed into law by President George W. Bush on October 26, 2001. The title of the act is a ten letter backronym (USA PATRIOT) that stands for Uniting (and) Strengthening America (by) Providing Appropriate Tools Required (to) Intercept (and) Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001.
The act, as a response to the terrorist attacks of September 11th, dramatically reduced restrictions in law enforcement agencies’ gathering of intelligence within the United States; expanded the Secretary of the Treasury’s authority to regulate financial transactions, particularly those involving foreign individuals and entities; and broadened the discretion of law enforcement and immigration authorities in detaining and deporting immigrants suspected of terrorism-related acts. The act also expanded the definition of terrorism to include domestic terrorism, thus enlarging the number of activities to which the USA PATRIOT Act’s expanded law enforcement powers can be applied.
On May 26, 2011, President Barack Obama used an Autopen to sign a four-year extension of three key provisions in the USA PATRIOT Act while he was in France: roving wiretaps, searches of business records (the “library records provision”), and conducting surveillance of “lone wolves” — individuals suspected of terrorist-related activities not linked to terrorist groups. Republican leaders questioned if the use of the Autopen met the constitutional requirements for signing a bill into law.

4. Department of Homeland Security, FEMA Camps and “coffins”
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security, initially created by Presidential Reorganization Plan No. 3 of 1978 and implemented by two Executive Orders. On 1 April 1979. The primary purpose of FEMA is to coordinate the response to a disaster that has occurred in the United States and that overwhelms the resources of local and state authorities.
Following the September 11, 2001 attacks, Congress passed the Homeland Security Act of 2002, which created the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to better coordinate among the different federal agencies that deal with law enforcement, disaster preparedness and recovery, border protection and civil defense. FEMA was absorbed into DHS effective March 1, 2003. As a result, FEMA became part of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Directorate of Department of Homeland Security, and employs more than 2,600 full time employees. It became the FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT Agency again on March 31, 2007 but still remained in DHS.
Hurricane Katrina in 2005 demonstrated that the vision of further unification of functions and another reorganization could not address the problems FEMA had previously faced. The “Final Report of the Select Bipartisan Committee to Investigate the Preparation for and Response to Hurricane Katrina“, released February 15, 2006 by the U.S. Government Printing Office, revealed that federal funding to states for “all hazards” disaster preparedness needs was not awarded unless the local agencies made the purposes for the funding a “just terrorism” function.
Emergency management professionals testified that funds for preparedness for natural hazards was given less priority than preparations for counter terrorism measures. Testimony also expressed the opinion that the mission to mitigate vulnerability and prepare for natural hazard disasters before they occurred had been separated from disaster preparedness functions, making the nation more vulnerable to known hazards, like hurricanes.
Internment Camp Services Bid Arrives After NDAA
KBR’s call for FEMA camp service bids arrives soon after the Senate overwhelmingly passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which permits the military to detain and interrogate supposed domestic terror suspects in violation of the Fourth Amendment and Posse Comitatus.
Section 1031 of the NDAA bill declares the whole of the United States as a “battlefield” and allows American citizens to be arrested on U.S. soil and incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay.
A number of civil liberties groups have come out in strong opposition to the legislation, most notably the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL), the nation’s oldest and largest Asian American civil and human rights organization.
In a letter addressed to Congress, S. Floyd Mori, the national director of JACL, said the NDAA is the first time that Congress has scaled back on the protections provided by the Non-Detention Act of 1971. Mori said the legislation, if enacted and put into use, would be reminiscent of the unconstitutional indefinite detention of Japanese Americans during World War II.
FEMA “Coffins”
Conspiracy theorists are eager to analyze the massive hoards of coffins, apparently owned by FEMA, that are stacking up in storage yards all over the country. In Georgia, one of the most well-documented of these coffin stashes appears to house at least a half-million, while another in Illinois allegedly stretches over a ten-mile wide radius. Reactions to video footage of the FEMA coffins include total disbelief, alarmist panic, and even foretelling of an upcoming apocalypse.
There is little doubt, to an objective observer, that the FEMA coffin hoards are real, and not the result of video or photographic manipulation. Far too many observers have videotaped and photographed these black coffins for the concept to be a total fabrication, and online satellite imaging services like Google Earth show images that are consistent with the claims made by videographers. This leaves two key questions that demand answers: “Are they really coffins?” and “What does it mean?”
Some skeptics have alleged that the “FEMA coffins” are not actually coffins at all, but air-tight, water-tight containers for storing food, clean water, blankets, and other emergency supplies. However, others have noted the striking similarity between the FEMA coffins and those sold at Polyguard Vaults. If they are, in fact, the same products manufactured by this Canadian retailer, they would actually be vaults, not coffins, since a complete casket includes both a vault and a separate coffin.
Still, to those who are concerned or alarmed by these burial vessels, the specifics are irrelevant to the fears of the general population: it appears, to many, that FEMA is preparing to bury millions of Americans. Some have made accusations that FEMA is preparing to use the vaults to bury people who will be killed in an upcoming (or current) holocaust, while others insist that the American government will soon unleash biological warfare on its own people. Some cite alleged “concentration camps” and “prison trains”as their reason for believing that the coffins are part of a murderous conspiracy.
A much more likely scenario is that FEMA is simply placing hoards of these vaults around major cities like Atlanta and Chicago, as just-in-case emergency coffins to use in the event of a serious national emergency. If a terrorist attack, pandemic, or natural disaster were to strike a very large city, funeral homes could be too busy or too understaffed to handle the wreckage, and it would be up to FEMA to eliminate the upsetting and biohazardous bodies from the streets. Fearing another embarrassment like Hurricane Katrina, it is more likely that FEMA is preparing for the worst– not because they expect or will participate in a pandemic or genocide, but because they intend to be prepared in case civilian burial systems become unavailable.
Conspiracy theorists, such as the supporters of notorious government critic Alex Jones, remain unswayed by this line of logic. The concept of the FEMA “concentration camp” has become so widespread that even members of the mainstream media, such as conservative talk show host Glenn Beck, have recently begun acknowledging the potential for their existence. While there do appear to be a number of empty, recently renovated prisons throughout the country, there is no tangible evidence to suggest that they are owned by FEMA or that they are intended to be used for execution.

Obama Order Gives Power to Seize Control of All Communications Systems
Telephones, cellular wireless networks, and the internet are all included in Obama’s dictatorial decree
President Obama has given the Department of Homeland Security, new powers to take over the telecommunications industry and internet systems in case of emergency.
Obama signed an executive order meant to prioritize government communications over privately-owned communications in the event of a national emergency or devastating terrorist attack.
Signed on June 6 the order “gives DHS the authority to seize control of telecommunications facilities, including telephone, cellular and wireless networks, in order to prioritize government communications over private ones in an emergency,” said Amie Stephanovich, a lawyer with the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC).
The new law builds on important precedents. The administration claims the legal basis for the order is Section 706 of the 1934 Communications Act, which authorizes the president to “cause the closing of any facility or station for wire communication” and gives him “control of any such facility or station” if a state of war, or the threat of one, exists.
Obama’s updated version extends these powers to the internet. It is an extreme, dictatorial, wartime power that can give the president the power to shut down or control all means of communication on his say so. Modern America is so reliant on these communications systems, like cellular wireless networks and the internet, that if they were controlled by the Executive Branch, it could lead to chaos.
But, then again, after our beloved leader CHANGED LAWS and decided to arbitrarily sign an Executive Order this past Friday (when no one was looking because all eyes were on the Olympics) wherein he has the supreme privilege - as COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF – to seize all communication systems ON A WHIM! Now – “communication systems” includes ALL TRANSPORTATION, TELEPHONE, INTERNET, AIR, SEA, LAND, TRAFFIC – YOU GOT THAT RIGHT! ALL means ALL! Welcome to Orwell’s 1984 and beyond. Worried – duh!
7. Depopulation
If NWO plan involves drastic reduction of human population, how could it be accomplished?
- Today’s nuclear weapons are so powerful that if used they could extinguish the entire human race. However a regional war or pre-emptive attack would be more likely scenario to accomplish a “justified” genocide.
- Another realistic scenario would not even require a war – modern biological weapons (or a custom-designed virus) could create a major pandemic which would easily decimate human population (such scenario was explored in recent movies like Contagion, Outbreak, Prometheus).
- There is also an option of a “long term” population reduction which would involve strict reproduction laws and/or sterilization applied to specific segments of human population (described in movies like Gattaca, Children of Men, Code 46)

When we are born we are mentally blank. We are like an empty hard drive. Instantly we start filling up that “hard drive” (our brain) with anything we see experience through our 5 senses.
Examples of “predictive programming” would be found in movies where a meteor hits the earth and kills most of the population, or the world getting flooded because of global warming or an outbreak of a killer virus where scientists, who were trying to do good, accidently release a killer virus or the bible saying that there would be plagues or the bible saying that there would be wars and that this would lead EVENTUALLY to peace on earth. You know the sort of stuff.
When we watch these films a seed gets planted in our brains. The seed begins to take root later on when something is said to us or when something comes on the news (for example) such as a story which is slightly similar to what you saw in that sci-fi movie. You start to think that “the sci-fi movie was right, and that you know what’s coming next cos it was in the sci-fi movie”. You actually begin to think that these are YOUR OWN THOUGHTS but they are not. It all started with that seed being planted from an EXTERNAL source.
But if there is such a thing as “predictive programming” then WHY do “the powers that be” DO this ? Surely it just gives us a warning of what they have in mind for us ? But no, these sci-fi movies do NOT help us at all UNLESS we KNOW about “predictive programming”.
If we don’t know anything about the subject of “predictive programming” then this is what happens :
- We watch the Sci-Fi Movie which tells us that a catastrophic event is gonna happen.
- The seed is planted.
- We hear on the news that a swan died in Eastern Europe of bird flu. We hear that a swan died of bird flu in France and then in Scotland, then in England.
- The seed starts to take root.
- We start to think that a BIRD FLU EPIDEMIC IS A DEFINITE POSSIBILITY and that a vaccine needs to be found. If it’s not found then the majority of the population will possibily die.
- We let the “powers that be” take away our freedoms to prevent the catastrophe from happening. We accept vaccinations. And if/when an outbreak happens we sort of “knew all along that it was coming” and we accept it.
The thing is, bird flu POSSIBILY never even existed in the first place. But because we saw the movie about an outbreak, we filled in the gaps in our thoughts with the info that the seed provided us with (these were never really OUR thoughts). The seed was planted and it grew.
Even if bird flu exists, the “predictive programming” gives you thoughts and ideas of what is POSSIBLE and if it’s POSSIBLE then maybe it’s also INNEVITABLE too.
REMEMBER: These are NOT YOUR thoughts. The “powers that be” are putting seeds into people’s heads and making us think that we are thinking for ourselves. “Predictive programming” is a means of subliminally putting thoughts into our head of WHAT IS POSSIBLE and they even back up those ideas with historic facts such as the “black death” or bible stories (e.g. Noah’s Arc) which makes the catastrophic incident seem more INEVITABLE. We then accept it without asking too many questions. It’s like we are being programmed into believing that we are destined to die in a disaster so just accept it. Once we have accepted it, then “powers that be” can push forward their agenda.

It is incredible how weak man is, afraid of himself.
What we have is a terrorist regime, not a constitutional government. Our elected leaders have turned into domestic enemies. The greatest threat to liberty and freedom comes from the enemy within. To protect and defend, is now to enslave and to kill. They have become destructive to those ends.

No – forget these alarmists – these prophets of doom and gloom – they are the lunatic fringe of society who delight in broadcasting their marginal views – views utterly baseless or winds with no storms attached – just fluff, that’s all. For now, their speech is meaninglessly protected by that out-dated document, the US Constitution – you know, that archaic document written to allegedly under grid our freedoms – nothing more than a bunch of aristocratic white men bent on preserving their own mercantile interests…isn’t it time to redefine the present American experiment? Why of course, and we’ll get the US Supreme Court and the Executive Branch whose penchant for Executive Orders simply circumvents a Congress that doesn’t know what’s in a bill until after it’s passed in any event!
Meanwhile – the prophetic voice of true reason and expectation (on what’s coming down) are asleep at the wheels of justice and coward by fear of “Homeland Terror” – willing to acquiesce to any non-appointed government entity who will under some phony emergency degree protect their rears at the expense of all personal freedoms.
If ever there were a time when those on the left, center and right should understand what the loss of freedom is all about and to take a stand against the violation of what we’ve always thought were certain inalienable rights, that time is now.

I loved this article. I had seen bits and pieces before but love the way you pulled them all together in one. It is a chilling piece. In the 80′s and 90′s I worked on many of these “reproductive health” projects with USAID and worked directly with the “Futures Group”, the Urban Institute, Management Sciences for Health, John Snow and many other groups. These projects took me all over Latin America, Indonesia, the Philippines, Nigeria, etc. I was involved first hand in developing and implementing these projects, not knowing the agenda.
As a doctoral candidate in the 1960s in Geography, I was enamoured with “The Limits to Growth” by the Club of Rome, again naive about the real agenda. I later worked all over the world, including Europe and the Middle East and am now somewhat overwhelmed with our helpless “pawn” status in the great scheme of things.
I sincerely hope that as Jessie Ventura says in one of the last videos that a shout from the people can stop this.
